Concession/Admissions Shifts Sign-up Instructions 2012 Season Sign-up
Sheet for all MN North Tournaments 1. Go to website:

"Concession Sign-up" 3. Review the Sign-up Sheet and
e-mail your request for your
preferred location and shift to: The chart will be available the week before each tournament listed
below. 2012 Tournament dates
for shifts are: February 11, 12 Snownami Tournament April 21, 22 Spring Fling Tournament April 28, 29 NCR Area Event Tournament May 5, 6 Head of the Lakes Tournament Hours: 7:00-10:00 9:45 -12:45 12:30 – 3:30 3:15 to Close/Clean-up Locations (depending on the amount of teams
registered, the sites might change per tournament): Duluth East *Please Note: It is the players’
and parents' responsibility to monitor the website for updates and
email their preferences. We will try to get back to you as soon as possible whether you
were able to have your preferred location and time. Those scheduled for concession stand duty cannot leave the concession stand during their
shift to go watch the games. It
is suggested that you schedule your shifts for the day your daughter is not playing.
The 12's and 14's play on Saturday and the 16's and 18's play on Sunday. Tracking of hours will be done through the sign-in sheets for each
shift and will be verified by
the Concession Manager. Only entire shifts worked count toward the volunteer
requirements. REQUIREMENT REMINDER: Each Player/family is required to work three (3) concessions stand
shifts consisting of 3 hours per shift. The player, a family member, or a friend over the age of 12 (with an
adult) or 14 (without an adult) can work the required shifts. A separate check of $100 per player for the
volunteer fee is required and will not be
cashed unless your volunteer hours are not worked. After all hours have been
completed, your check will be shredded. If the volunteer hours are not completed by May 24
(day after last tournament), the check will be cashed and the deposit forfeited. If you did not work your
required shift or send in a deposit check, you will be billed. PLEASE NOTE: Your child may not be able to
participate in any games unless we have received your deposit
and form. |
